Join Reva for an uplifting Vinyasa flow! This ALL-LEVELS class will start nice and slow; then move into a more challenging sequence. Take this opportunity to turn towards sensation of the body rather than chatter in the mind.

Hot Hybrid with Frani - Class 1
Hot Hybrid is a creative combination of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga practiced for one hour. You'll do some of everything in this class-- it's fun, inspiring and rigorous. Some postures are held for time others are linked together with the breath. Appropriate for all levels.

Yin Yoga is the dark side of the moon....the slow, long holds allow the joints to open and muscles relax as opposed to more yang styles of striving and muscling our way into poses.
Ghosh 75 minute with Adam - Class 1
The Ghosh 75 is an intermediate class that moves beyond the Traditional Hot 26 postures and pulls from the advanced 84 sequence. This is a very playful class! Have fun and don’t be too hard on yourself...falling out is a part of life. Wear warm clothes and if something feels like too much, don’t do it. You have options and nobody to impress.
Evening Yin with Reva - Class 1
This is a 60 minute Yin practice designed to balance your energy. If you are feeling anxious or depleted, holding these shapes and working on slowing down your breath can help you cultivate a sense of balance. Please take care of yourself and work to your own edge to avoid injury.
