Restorative, Contemplative & Revelatory
iRest Yoga Nidra, is a deeply restorative, often contemplative and revelatory practice. During this guided meditation you will focus on body and breath sensing. Some people use iRest to relax when life gets busy. Others use it to help heal from: serious trauma, stress, insomnia, depression, PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependency.
In the Co-Meditation or Dyad practice, you work with a trained facilitator to guide you through the same principals as in iRest Yoga Nidra, but with a significantly more individualized path.

iRest Dyads is a form of co-meditation that helps address these issues by accessing them using body and breath sensing as well as the principal of welcoming all emotions and sensations just as they are. Co-meditations are facilitated by Laura Culberg, MSW and are 50 minute sessions and can be scheduled with Laura by contacting her by email.
