Jake was first introduced to yoga by his parents at 13 years old and although he didn't take to it right away he continued to practice on and off through his teens. After a few injuries from snowboarding and motocross he saw the necessity of having a healing practice. Healing physically brought Jake to yoga but after experiencing the consciousness it brought into his life it solidified the practice for him. After practicing regularly for about a year he took a 200 hour teacher training in 2014 and has been teaching ever since.
