Megan is a constantly curious yogi who dabbles in all practices from traditional hot to vinyasa to yin. She has trained in the lineage of Shiva Rea and Pattabhi Jois and is currently leaning into the lunar side of things as she prepares for a yin training. She found Yoga after a childhood of dancing and a consequentially negative relationship with her physical form. Through Yoga, Megan has learned to see strength and contentment in her reflection. More importantly though, she has found these things more present in her overall disposition. Yoga inspires her thirst for knowledge constantly and she aims to incorporate traditional ideas and intentions into her vigorous, challenging sequences.
