Meghan began practicing yoga in the early 90's while studying art in college. She continued taking classes here and there around Seattle until she found her first Bikram class in 1997. Immediately hooked, she practiced diligently for 5 years before attending Bikram's Teacher training in Los Angeles in 2002. The clarity and simplicity of the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises has brought immense healing and comfort to Meghan. Teaching the series continually inspires her to immerse herself in the practice of staying present, with the breath, and show up as fully as possible for this life!
