Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (poses), that are held for longer periods of time-five minutes or more per pose is typical. Yin, which is a 75 minute class, is not heated and is a great pairing with a more yang style like Traditional Hot or Vinyasa because Yin offers a much deeper access to the body. This is an ideal practice by itself or following a Bikram or Vinyasa class or on its own as a way to restore and reenergize. Appropriate for all levels. The Yin classes all take place in The SweatBox Loft. There are no showers or changing rooms in the loft, though there are bathrooms where you can change clothes if you need.
