Audrey developed a regular Bikram practice while on the crew team in college. Expecting a purely physical workout, she was intrigued (and hooked) by the balance of effort and surrender she found in each class. Each time she stepped onto her mat, Audrey sensed an invitation for self-discovery, and she felt continuously humbled by the lifelong nature of the yoga practice.
In 2014, Audrey completed her 200hr vinyasa teacher training, and she is delighted to share her love of moving meditation with her students. Audrey draws inspiration from various styles of yoga and meditation, and she is passionate about yoga’s role in community and creating a sustainable future. Her intention in her classes is to integrate the foundations of alignment and breath while inviting her students to curiously explore their boundaries with fluidity, compassion, and a sense of humor.
