Chris took his first-ever Bikram Yoga class at the Sweatbox in 2014. What started as an exploration in a new form of exercise, grew into a love for a practice that has helped him grow physically, mentally, and professionally. His practice at the studio became a way for him to find balance between his work in the corporate world and life outside of it. He became fascinated by the impact that strengthening your mindset has beyond the yoga room. He decided to dedicate a portion of his life to sharing that benefit with others, completing the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Spring 2017, and traveling to different cities around the world teaching the yoga that’s changed his life. The Sweatbox will always be Chris’ home studio, regardless of where he’s living, and he feels so fortunate to come back and teach here when he’s in Seattle.
