Emily took her first hot yoga class at Sweatbox in 2010. In the six years that followed, practice evolved through the hundreds of classes in dozens of studios in a handful of places all over the country (and in Canada too!). She completed her first hot hatha teacher training in 2016 right here in Seattle and has been teaching steadily from then until now. Emily is delighted that her yoga practice has come full circle, bringing her back to teach at the very spot where it all began. Her style is centered around empathy, clear instruction, and focus on breath.
